Ingredients
- 150 ml water
- 100 gr Chicken fillet cut into 2x2 cm
- 5 cigarettes caisim, cut into pieces
- 75 gr mushroom, each split 2 parts
- 1 hump cauliflower, cut into florets per
- 1 pcs beancurd, soak, cut into pieces
- 1 piece carrots, sliced sloping
- 1/2 fruit onions, cut length
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 3 1/2 tsp ABC soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil for sauteing
- 2 tbsp ABC oyster sauce
Cooking Steps
- Heat ABC Sesame Oil.
- Saute garlic and sweet onion until scented.
- Add chicken, stirring until it changes color. Put in cauliflower and carrots, stirring until wilted.
- Add ABC Oyster Sauce, ABC Soy Sauce and pepper and stir.
- Put in caisim, mushrooms and bean curd, stir well. Pour water, cook until done.
- Serve while warm.
- Soak cauliflower pieces in a mixture of water and salt. If there was a caterpillar, it will come out by itself.
